Pango Micro, a key partner of Hengsen Cloud, has won the 20th China Chip Outstanding Technology Innovation Award for its PG3T500 FPGA — the only mid-to-high-end FPGA product selected in this year's evaluation.

On November 14, 2025, the 20th China Chip Outstanding Product Awards Ceremony was held in Hengqin. PG3T500, a mid-to-high-end FPGA by Pango Micro — a key partner of Hengsen Cloud — won the China Chip Outstanding Technology Innovation Product Award, standing out from 410 products submitted by 303 companies. It was the only mid-to-high-end FPGA selected this year.
