The traditional hair dryer has the disadvantage of long drying time with cold air and possible hair damage with hot air due to slow motor speed and small air volume. Xiaohua Semiconductor has proposed a high-speed hair dryer solution based on HC32M120 main control, with a speed exceeding 100,000 RPM, which can quickly dry and provide larger air volume. This solution supports AC110V~220V input voltage, has multiple control modules, and is equipped with multiple protection mechanisms. As a common personal care appliance in daily life, hair dryers are widely used in households. This solution supports input voltage AC110V~220V and single/double resistor sensorless FOC sine wave control. HC32M120 microcontroller has the following parameters: ARM Cortex-M0+ 32bit MCU, the highest working frequency of 48MHz, built-in 32KB Flash, 4KB SRAM, working voltage of 2.7-5.5V, 2 channels of DMA, support for external event triggering to reduce CPU processing load, up to 12 channels of 12bit 1MSPS ADC, 2 independent operational amplifiers, supporting a maximum driving current of 30ma, 2 voltage comparators, supporting window comparison function, 8 timers, including 1 motor timer that supports 3-phase complementary PWM output, and 5 communication interfaces, including 1 SPI, 1 I2C, and 3 USART.
